The Role:

Optimus Search has a unique opportunity for an experienced Java Engineer to join one of Nuremberg's leading software companies.

They have major plans in 2024 to continue dominating the market, and with that are building a new international team of Software Developers to build new web applications using the latest technology in Java(17). This is one of our best clients in Munich, who offer one of the best career structures in Germany.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, focused on bettering their skills, have access to the latest technology in Java, and have personal growth. You want to work alongside experienced and like-minded developers, you enjoy sharing ideas and trying new tools.

Technical Skills:

3-5 years working professionally with Java Based Applications

You have strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST / SOAP, Kubernetes, Docker and AWS

Some hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript

Previously worked in Agile/ Scrum teams

You are familiar with software development tools such as JPA, Spring Framework, GIT, MySQL, JUnit, tomcat, XML, continuous integration and Maven.

Fluent English (written/ spoken)
