Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial trading microservices as part of the product suite, backend Java, low latency, High performance and API integration techniques.
Collaborate with a cross-functional Scrum team to ensure high-quality development and timely delivery of features and improvements.
Participate in regular code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to improve system performance and stability.
Assist in the integration of third-party systems and APIs, ensuring seamless and secure communication between components.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, refine user stories, and prioritize tasks.
Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively seeking opportunities to improve and optimize the nexRates product suite.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as a software developer with expertise in BackEnd Java, Low Latency, high performance and API integration.
Strong understanding of software development principles and practices, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
