What You’ll Do

Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale software solutions on the Outsystems platformParticipate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on design, coding, debugging, testing, and maintenanceManage and supervise the work of junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practicesCollaborate with software architects to translate architectural designs and business requirements into effective, high-performance applicationsHandle complex programming tasks, provide code reviews, and guideline enforcementContribute to the creation of a robust and scalable product architectureOversee and participate in regular problem-solving activities for complex development issuesMaintain proficient knowledge of the Outsystems platform, staying updated on the latest features, improvements and industry best practicesResponsible for writing technical documentation and ensuring this is maintained and up-to-dateWork closely with project managers and other members of the development team to meet project deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables

What You Have

Several years’ experience as an Outsystems developer with a strong background in software developmentDemonstrated leadership experience in guiding and developing a team of developersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise mannerProven ability to meet project deadlines, deliver high-quality work, and handle multiple assignments simultaneouslyStrong programming skills in JavaScript, C#, SQL, or similarFamiliarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.NETStrong knowledge in database design, development, and SQLExperience with Agile methodologies and project management toolsAbility to configure, develop, and deploy systems on major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google CloudExperience with CI/CD tools and DevOps principlesUnderstanding of API and microservices-based architectures, and their implementation in Outsystems

Nice to have

Outsystems advanced developer or expert developer certification is a plusBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
