About Us:Join our innovative team to help create the data for AI Model Training in Coding Practices! We're seeking an Experienced Python Software Developer to drive the development of state-of-the-art AI models through advanced coding practices. (4 - 6 years of experience mandatory)

Responsibilities Generate engaging Question-and-answer pairs in English and Python to guide AI learning. Here you will generate question prompts about intricate concepts in Python and their corresponding responses which may include theoretical and code based responses, with utmost clarity and precision following the best coding practices.Evaluate and rank existing coding prompts, model completions, question and answer setsUse your experience to find and fix potential bugs, edge cases, and come up with likely errors to generate effective incorrect answersPay close attention to details in coding, testing, and the AI training process to ensure accuracy.

Requirements Strong foundation of general python concepts (theory and practical) and coding best practicesProficient in Python, including Data Science and ML libraries including but not limited to Pandas, Torch, Matplotlib, etc.4-6 years of hands-on Python coding experience.Strong emphasis on QA Engineering and Test Engineering tasks, including experience in finding potential bugs, edge cases etc. Exceptional Proficiency in Written English: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and craft clear, concise technical documentation.Analytical Excellence: Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset for tackling complex software challenges.Attention to Detail: A dedicated approach to precision and thoroughness in coding, testing, and the training process.Prefer candidates available to work during EST (3-4 hours overlap)Prefer candidates who are available 40h per week; minimum 20 hours per week requiredBachelor's Degree required, Masters Preferred.
