Middle .NET Full Stack Developer

Description

A Middle .NET Full Stack Developer is sought to enhance our remote team. In this role, the incumbent will be tasked with feature development, legacy system maintenance, and handling of production support requests.

The focal point is the creation of websites and web services through the .NET framework and Elastic Stack. We envision the successful candidate as someone well-versed in quickly demystifying complex legacy systems, underpinned by a concrete knowledge of C# and .NET framework. This position presents a challenging but rewarding opportunity for the application of skill and knowledge across diverse projects.

Responsibilities

New feature development for websites and web services using the .NET framework and Elastic StackMaintenance and improvement of existing systems, including database issue resolution and IIS/database component additionProduction support request research and legacy system issue troubleshootingUpholding of coding standards, design patterns, and best practice software developmentCollaboration with team members and stakeholders towards the fulfilment of project objectivesActive participation in code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing sessionsMaintain current knowledge on .NET space innovations and technologies

Requirements

Minimum two-year tenure in .NET developmentCommand of C#, .NET Framework, and proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScriptProficiency with AngularEngagement with Entity Framework and Unity Container or another IoC containerComprehensive understanding of SOLID design principles and ASP.NET MVCFamiliarity with .NET WCF, REST, and WebAPIExperience in MS SQL and database managementCapability to work individually or as part of a teamEffective communication and problem-solving ability, backed by an upper-intermediate English proficiency

Exposure to Apigee Integration, Azure DevOps, Google Cloud Platform, and JenkinsFamiliarity with KnockoutJS, ASP.NET Core, SoapUI, and OctopusUnderstanding of CI/CD pipeline and Agile/Kanban frameworksKnowledge of Cloud design patterns
