We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with expertise in .NET Full Stack for our client, a global consulting company. This position offers a fully remote model.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software applications using .NET technologiesLead cross-functional team to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutionsWork closely with project stakeholders to gather requirements, create architecture, mentor the team members, and ensure successful implementation of software solutionsParticipate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applicationsContribute to the improvement of development processes and best practices

Requirements

5+ years of experience working in similar positionsProven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineersBeing self-motivated, able to start and lead new projects, client-centricStrong expertise in .NET developmentExperience with Angular, and TypeScriptStrong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and practicesKnowledge and experience about Azure services like (Azure Events Hub)English knowledge at least at B2+ level

Nice to have

Familiarity with Azure AI Services, using of co-pilot, other AI-related technologies, and knowledgeExperience with Bicep
