Tableau Developer

Job Title: Tableau Developer (Immediate Joiners)Required Experience: Minimum 5 years

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Tableau to design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.

Shift Timing: EST 6:30 PM-3:30 AM/PST 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Permanent Night Shift)

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Tableau.Proven experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and report design.Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and extraction.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities:Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand data visualization requirements.Optimize and maintain existing Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Provide expertise in data visualization best practices and design principles.Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote self-service analytics.

Technical Stack:

1. Tableau2. PPT3. SQL4. Knowledge of R scripting(#1,2,3 are must. #4 is nice to have)

Additional Skills:Tableau Desktop and Server Certification.Experience with other BI tools such as Power BI.
