Full Stack Developer (MERN)

Location: Remote (Preference for those with international experience)Salary: BDT 25,000–50,000 (Project-based for the first two months)Job Type: Full-time (Permanent after two months)Experience: Minimum 2 years

About the role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-stack developer proficient in the MERN stack to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development and a proven track record of working on diverse projects, preferably with international experience.

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility.Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.

Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer (MERN).Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSocket protocols.Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.Experience with common development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:Proven experience working remotely.Experience working on international projects or with international teams.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

Salary and Benefits:Competitive salary ranging from BDT 25,000 to 50,000, based on experience and qualifications.Project-based salary for the initial two months.Opportunity to be made a permanent employee after two months with additional benefits.
