Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Blockchain Developer with strong project management capabilities to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of professional experience, with significant expertise in blockchain development and a proven track record in managing projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:Blockchain Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of blockchain-based solutions. Utilize your deep understanding of blockchain technology to create secure and scalable applications.Project Management: Manage and oversee blockchain projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress using best practices.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding and development. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the blockchain space.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members. Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure alignment and resolve any roadblocks.Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of the developed blockchain solutions through rigorous testing and code reviews.

Qualification:Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on blockchain technologies. Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects is essential.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Jira Knowledge: Knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools is preferred, with the ability to use them effectively to manage tasks, track progress, and report on project status.
