Job Purpose:

Better.ai is looking for a talented Django with React Python Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in React and Django, with additional skills in web scraping being a plus. The candidate should be well-versed in the entire tech stack, demonstrate excellent stress management skills, and be adaptable to work in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Django and React.- Implement web scraping solutions to gather and process data from various sources.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Identify and fix bugs, and optimize the performance of the existing systems.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are always using the best tools and practices.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Django and React development.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, HTML, and CSS.- Experience with web scraping tools and techniques.- Comprehensive understanding of the full tech stack.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to manage stress and work efficiently under pressure.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
