Position Overview:As a Lead Java Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and implementation of their Java-based software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the company. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has a strong background in Java development, and possesses excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team membersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and strategiesArchitect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable Java applicationsWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented codeEnsure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutionsFoster a collaborative and innovative development environmentConduct code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to coding standardsImplement and advocate for best practices in software development

Required Experience & Qualifications:Must be degree educated within an IT or Business-related fieldProven experience as a Java Developer, with a track record of leading or mentoring development teamsStrong knowledge of Java and AWS servicesExperience/Knowledge of Architectural principlesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsMust have strong stakeholder management skills
