We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Developer to join our remote team.As an Expert Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development within the IT or digital marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities. Develop strategies to target and engage with these prospects.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing and developing new business opportunities.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales metrics and business development activities to company leadership.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the IT or digital marketing industry.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Skills:Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and custom development services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.Remote Work: Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
