We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced .NET Lead with a strong background in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance applications on the .NET technology stack. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external-facing applications.Responsibilities:The candidate must possess strong skills in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).Develop applications using .NET, WPF and C#, with a strong focus on threading and advanced concepts.Work in a Windows application environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of its nuances.Debug threading applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Manage a team of developers, assigning work as necessary to ensure project deadlines are met.Debug applications interfacing with external devices, including reading ports and IP addresses.Utilize Azure DevOps and Git for version control, demonstrating a strong understanding of branching strategies.Requirements:Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development, specifically with .NET and C#.Strong knowledge of threading and advanced concepts in C#.Experience with Windows application environment.Proficiency in debugging threading applications.Experience in team management and work assignment.Ability to debug applications interfacing with external devices, including reading ports and IP addresses.Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Git branching strategies.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong communication and team management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
