Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau reports and dashboards to support our business intelligence needs. This role requires a strong understanding of data visualization, data analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.Collaborate with business users to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical specifications.Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to integrate data from multiple sources into Tableau.Optimize Tableau dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization.Troubleshoot and resolve data and performance issues related to Tableau reports.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and business intelligence.Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau functionality and best practices.Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Conduct regular reviews of Tableau dashboards to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role.Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Certification in Tableau (preferred but not required).

Preferred Skills:Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView) is a plus.Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
