SaaS Business Developer

POSITION DETAILS:LOCATION: LisboaDEPARTMENT: SalesREPORTS TO: Portugal Sales Director

POSITION SUMMARY:Broadvoice is looking for an experienced Business Developer to join our growing team in Lisboa.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:· Customer management - sales, follow-up and aiming at customer Happiness and Loyalty;· Make and Track proposals until acceptance by client· Focus on generating leads, in order to achieve the target· Representation of the company in different fairs, events of the sector· Monitoring the start-up of projects with operational teams· Ability to manage work teams.· Report the activity and work on the company’s CRM· Identification of new functionalities to be developed within the scope of Contact Center solutions.· Integration into a company with a young, dynamic and motivated team to carry out their duties.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:· Experience of at least 5 years in the sales world of SaaS of Contact Centers, with operational and technical knowledge· We want to have proactive, dynamic, communicative people with a desire to grow and with a marked sales profile oriented to objectives· Knowledge and regular work with advanced office tools· Exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines· Experience in managing and upselling to large or global accounts· Fluent Spanish and English.
