Role: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Description: As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Blackthorn, you will be part of an elite team, developing solutions that solve our most critical business priorities. You will work closely with various departments to understand our customers' most pressing needs and provide technical expertise to make products that delight our customers.

Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 USD

What you'll do

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including issues that have been highly escalated and have high visibility across multiple departments, ensuring system reliability, performance, and securityCollaborate closely with cross-functional scrum teams and across the larger company Improve architecture and code quality across Blackthorn's appsDesign & develop solutions primarily on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and LightningDemonstrate best practices in everything you do, including meaningful test coverage and striving to ensure maintainabilityBuild strong relationships with other departments and act as a point of contact for engineeringProvide detailed follow-up across departments about progress on customer issuesProvide technical leadership and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

What we look for

5+ years as a developer across multiple programming languages3+ years writing code with Salesforce Apex with some Lightning Component building2+ years with development patterns. We use our own variant of the Andy Fawcett's FinancialForce Enterprise Patterns2+ years building Salesforce APIs1+ years working with managed packagesGit command line with your eyes closedExcellent English written and oral communication

We have five native apps on the Salesforce AppExchange for managing Events, collecting Payments, sending Messages, protecting Data, and showcasing a virtual Storefront.
