Job Description:

GoWit is seeking a talented and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic development team. You will work closely with other developers and team members to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Implement security and data protection measures.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.

Troubleshoot and debug applications.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2-4 years of experience in backend development.

Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby, etc.).

Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and database design.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

Experience with Go (Golang) is a plus.

Familiarity with event driven architucture is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
