Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and streamline operations.Collaborate with IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions.Create and manage script libraries for reuse across the organization.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing scripts and automation processes.Work closely with system administrators, network engineers, and other IT professionals to understand requirements and develop solutions.Document processes, scripts, and system configurations.Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in scripting and automation.Provide training and support to team members on the use of PowerShell scripts and automation tools.Stay updated with the latest developments in PowerShell and related technologies.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a PowerShell Developer. As a PowerShell Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts and automation solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and provide customized solutions. You will also ensure the reliability and scalability of PowerShell scripts and contribute to the optimization of processes and workflows.

QualificationsStrong experience in PowerShell scripting and automationProficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or JavaScriptExperience with ServiceNow or Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is a plusKnowledge of ITIL processes and IT service managementUnderstanding of infrastructure and network technologiesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
