Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Java developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance, scalable Java applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Mentor junior developers, fostering skill development and growth within the team.

Essential Skills:

Solid experience in Java development, with a focus on building high-performance, scalable applications.Proficiency in some or all of the following: Java Developer, React, Redux, TypeScript, Rest APIs, Java 8 or higher, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, Microservices and Kubernetes.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of developers.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
