Senior Python Developer with Pandas

Locations: Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, Monte Negro, North Macedonia, TurkeyCollaboration: Business-to-BusinessWork Schedule: 7 AM - 3 PM EST - New York Timezone (which is, for example, 2 PM - 10 PM GMT+3)

Purpose of the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Python developer with extensive knowledge of Pandas to join our team. Your role as part of the team will be to bring your expertise, analytical mind, and strong programming skills into implementing and further developing our data-driven projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using Python and PandasPerform data manipulation, analysis, and visualization to support business decision-makingCollaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and other developers to understand data requirements and deliver solutionsOptimize data processing workflows for efficiency and scalabilityEnsure the accuracy and integrity of data through thorough testing and validationMaintain comprehensive documentation of data workflows, processes, and analysisImplement best practices for data handling, processing, and analysisSupport ad-hoc data requests and provide technical guidance to junior developers

Required Experience & Knowledge:Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with Pandas for data manipulation and analysisStrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methodsExperience with data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or PlotlyFamiliarity with SQL and database management systemsExperience with version control systems, particularly GitKnowledge of big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop is a plusUnderstanding of software development principles and best practicesFamiliarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is desirable
