Job Title: Lead Senior Django Backend Developer

Job Description: As a Senior Django Backend Developer at GoOrderz Kft., you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions. This position requires a strong ability to work independently, think critically, and solve complex problems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:Lead the development and maintenance of backend systems using Django and related technologies.Architect, design, and implement scalable and high-performance web applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of applications through testing and code reviews.Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and code reviews.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our stack remains current and competitive.Contribute to technical discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Django.Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.Extensive experience with Python and Django framework.Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.Proficiency in database design and management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and independently.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
