AV Product Engineer (Developer)

Skill Profile: AV Engineer - Contract ResourceDuration: 5 months, potential extensionStart date: ASAPLocation: - RemoteStrong communication skills, coupled with the ability to accurately and concisely communicate about product specs and the pros and cons of AV technologies;Experience implementing at least two audio/video products into mobile and web applications;Ability to perform and document detailed product evaluations. Product evaluation reports should be suitable for both IT and Business stakeholders and should help facilitate decision-making on a suitable replacement for current Avaya technology.Experience with one or more of the following AV technologies: Google Meet, Cisco Webex, Pexip;Understanding of WebRTC;Strong understanding of emerging communication platforms and capabilities available in the market;Knowledge of general Call Center technologies;.Net experience to support integration with the existing tech stack;Web UI development/React proficiency (required) and Mobile development (nice to have);Ability to build out test harness to support the development of a POC for each candidate AV product;
