Job Description:We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our Production team. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining systems that allow for the delivery of external customer deliverables. This is a Developer role, however Business Analyst skills are also required. Candidate would be expected to manage all phases of the System Development Life Cycle for a project.

Responsibilities: Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedbackWork with internal customers to establish policy for end-user experience on all products or deliverablesLiaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirementsIdentify process improvements within products and work to automate existing processesDevelop and apply testing processes for new and existing products or deliverables to meet customer needsAnticipates product or deliverable release problems and takes corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve commitmentsManages and responds to QA issues within Production teamsCreate detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured use casesEstimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activitiesTrack quality assurance metricsIdentify, record, document thoroughly

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.- +4 years' Experience writing Python code.- Fluent English Conversation and written skills.- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL) and some Unix/Linux shell scripting.- Experience testing and debugging programs.- Business Analyst skills (gathering requirements, creating test plans, etc.).- Ability to work in a team environment .- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
