Senior Application Developer

Job Description:Design, development, implementation, and support of various Clinical System Applications.Work closely with our business product owners on an Agile team to fully understand requirements, provide feedback, and request clarification as needed.Work with other engineers on a collaborative Agile team to deliver code on an ongoing basis.Review requirements and data models and translate them into responsible applications and architectureConduct design and code reviews with the extended team to ensure that the code meets the standardsSupport test execution including system-level and integration testsTrack and resolve software defectsWork with the QA team for code build/releases, test case design, and defect resolutionWork with Team Lead/Project Manager/Architect for planning, estimation, documentation and status reportingAny other tasks necessary for completion of project deliverables and application supportExcellent communication skillsBe able to adapt and contribute to a fast-paced and agile application developmentAdhere to project schedules, proactively resolve and or escalate issues to managementHealthcare experience a plusExperience with working with offshore teams is a plusDemonstrated experience with bringing multiple products to market Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:GCP Cloud Services: Cloud functions, cloud storage, cloud pub/sub. cloud datastore, Cloud Memorystore, Cloud firestorePlatform/Infrastructure: Open ID, Prometheus, Kubernetes Engine, Cilium, Cloud IAMGateway: Spring Cloud, Frontend Solutions: Angular, TSBackend Services: SpringBoot, JavaSDLC: Terraform, HELM, GitlabSkills in languages: Java (and Angular, is a plus)Experience in Cloud platform implementation Kubernetes ExperienceProfessional development experience with SQL and NoSQL databasesObject Oriented Design and Development experienceUnderstand software design patternsApplicant must work well under pressureUnderstand the SAFE Agile frameworkKnowledge of software craftsmanship and Agile best practicesFamiliar with the microservice architecture principleUnit testing frameworksSoftware Debugging
