Position – ServiceNow Developer role on W2Location - RemoteType - Contract

Responsibilities:Order management experience is a MUST 1. Design and Development:o Design, develop, and maintain integrations with other applications such as Active Directory, Workday, Altiris, Casper, and Jira.o Configure and implement custom applications/modules within ServiceNow.o Optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures, enforcing coding standards across development teams.2. ServiceNow Platform Engineering:o Configure and engineer the ServiceNow platform (on-premise) with ITSM modules, including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.o Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.3. Collaboration and Communication:o Collaborate closely with peers to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.o Communicate effectively with clients, providing process-level insights and managing distributed development teams.4. Experience and Qualifications:o Significant experience with on-premise ServiceNow implementations spanning ITSM and security/regulatory disciplines.o Familiarity with ServiceNow table structures and data models.o Certifications in ITIL, ITSM, EA, JSON, API, REST, XML, SOAP, V3, and HR are preferred.
