About the Team

In this role, you will join a well-established team within Compono's Idibu platform. Idibu is a leading job multiposter platform that enables clients to post job openings and manage application traffic from various job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, Seek, and more.

Idibu integrates seamlessly with multiple ATS (Application Tracking Systems) and recruitment CRMs, centralising applications and allowing candidates to smoothly progress through the recruitment workflow and into the client's CRM.

About the Role and Your Impact

We are currently looking for additional like-minded, talented developers to become part of our cross-functional teams.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the development of Idibu platform, review and refactor code, participate in meetings and much more.

You will become part of a great team, where on any given day you could:

Build and maintain product features throughout the entire application stack Provide documentation and technical support for operational carriers, service provider integrations, and to other business units within the organisation Uphold quality standards including reliability, efficiency, security, maintainability, and usability by applying best practice processes, methodologies, and tools Integrate approved frameworks and technologies to improve existing services and to help fulfil business needs Perform code reviews and testing

You will have a strong understanding, knowledge and experience in the following:

5 + years of experience with PHP5.6 and higher and JavaScript (TypeScript will be bonus)React / KnockoutJSMySQL / DynamoDBHTML and CSSRedisLinux Containerisation / Docker Experience with Node, Express.js and Lambda would be a bonus

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:

Manage deadlines and escalate where required. Articulate technical problems, concepts and ideas. Have strong abstract reasoning skills and ability to think conceptually and problem solve. Possess understanding, passion and belief of our bigger business visionAbility to deal with unknowns and help build better processes and practicesMake evidence-based decisions Ability to receive and act on feedback. Make well-guided estimates and forecasting. Be tenacious with an ability to drive your work through to completion.
