Oracle Siebel CRM – At least 4 - 8 years of experience in implementation.Understanding of Siebel design process and application architecture principlesCollaborate with Solution Architect, Business Analysts and other teams to arrive at recommendations for technical decisions in the delivery of detailed designs.Experience in Project execution methodologies and responsibilitiesMandatory Siebel eCommunications experienceShould be prepared to work on any engagement (Support, development, implementation) as required.Mandatory hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration, eScripting, Workflow process Management.Mandatory hands-on experience in Siebel Integration using Siebel EAI for inbound and outbound web services.Mandatory FDR file analysisMandatory hands-on experience with reporting using OBIEE/BIP.Mandatory experience on Siebel versions 20 or above.Mandatory understanding of the Siebel data models.Training – delivering hands-on and virtual training sessions, support workshops, participating in knowledge sharing sessions. Should have knowledge on Data Migration and Data loading concepts.
