Overview: Our company is seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and extend stable production, development, and testing middleware infrastructure.Independently develop, modify, and implement complex information systems.Code, test, debug, and document assignments of moderate to high complexity.Research and resolve complex technical problems.Serve as a top-level technical contributor in specialized phases of applications system architecture.Act as project manager or team lead on complex projects.Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on customer requirements.Research, develop, code, or modify architecture components conforming to MST architectural standards.Manage day-to-day project-related activities for moderate to high complexity projects.Collaborate with multiple business owners to enhance core ITSM applications, including Incident, Change, and Request in a Domain separated instance of ServiceNow.

Qualifications:Ability to build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards, and homepages.Ability to set up data security via control rules and domain separation.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required.Minimum of 10 years of total IT/cybersecurity experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow tool.

Additional Responsibilities:Troubleshoot errors in the ServiceNow configuration.Provide high-level estimates for configuration/customization based on functional requirements.Support the testing of ServiceNow development.Configure ServiceNow Solutions and integrate them with client HR Systems.Design and develop scripts, workflows, and integrations to create custom applications in ServiceNow.Engage with customers to understand and document requirements.Participate and contribute to design and code reviews.

Additional Qualifications:Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proven ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with domain separation and system/process automation (orchestration).ServiceNow Administration, Implementation, or Application Creation certification (ITIL and ServiceNow Implementer certifications desired).Experience with a Content Management System is a plus.Minimum 6 years of application programming experience.Advanced knowledge of two programming languages (COBOL, C++, C, Java) and intermediate knowledge of two others.

Preferred Skills:Strong functional understanding of retail business areas and their interactions with other business processes.At least 3 years of relevant professional experience with ServiceNow.Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years of development and administration of ServiceNow.Minimum of 4 years of JellyScript experience.Proficient in Business Rules, ACLs, Domain Separation, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies.
