ServiceNow Developer

Description:Powder River is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing ServiceNow continuous improvement projects within an enterprise. This role requires collaboration within a diverse workforce in a matrix environment, effective communication for understanding requirements from external stakeholders, and working with the team to enhance the existing ServiceNow environment.

Requirements:Develop custom ServiceNow applications using the declarative app engine Configure ServiceNow throughout the systems development lifecycle Conduct unit testing of implementations Support development within an Agile framework environment Engage in requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders Subject matter expert for ServiceNow in an enterprise environment Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) Hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules, particularly with Customer Service Management (CSM) Proficiency in CSS, HTML5, jQuery, Angular JS Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification (or within 90 days of hire) Organizational change management experience Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time Knowledge of Agile/Scrum as well as ITIL concepts Experience working in a matrixed organization Able to identify risks and problems, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, generate and evaluate alternatives, and make recommendations

Non-Negotiable Requirements: Must have Interim Secret Clearance required prior to start, (current Secret clearance preferred) Must be 8570 IAT I compliant certification (preferred), or be obtain appropriate DoD 8570 IA Computing Environment Certification within 6 months of employment Must have valid driver's license Preferred Skills: ITIL v3 Foundations Certification ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification

Technical Environment: Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating systems; ServiceNow ticketing system; Microsoft 365 Office suite of applications.
