Sr Full Stack Developer & Trainer

About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer & Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. In addition to development duties, this role includes significant training responsibilities, requiring the ability to mentor and train junior developers and other team members effectively.Key Responsibilities:Full Stack Development:Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Front-End Development:Develop user-facing features using modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.Back-End Development:Develop robust back-end architecture and APIs using languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.Implement data storage solutions such as databases (SQL, NoSQL).Integrate third-party APIs and services.Training and Mentoring:Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for junior developers and other team members.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Mentor team members on best practices in software development.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous learning and professional growth.Project Management:Work closely with project managers to plan and execute development projects.Estimate and manage development timelines.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Collaboration and Communication:Foster a collaborative team environment.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.Participate in team meetings, providing updates on progress and challenges.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer , Training & Interview Preparation.Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.Demonstrated experience in training and skill development of junior developers.

Technical Skills:Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).Strong understanding of back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, and relevant frameworks.Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL).Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
