Mobile App Developer Intern

Company Description

Site Service Software, Inc. provides industry-specific software and mobile solutions for companies in the elevator service, maintenance, repair, modernization, installation, and inspection services. Our software has been designed to meet the unique needs of the elevator service, repair, and construction industry, and has been tested and refined based on real-life experiences and insights gained from client sites. We are building our product on the cloud, utilizing React for the front end and Spring Boot for the backend.

Role Description

This is a remote, unpaid internship role for a Mobile App Developer. As a Mobile App Developer Intern, you will help reinstate and continue the development of our mobile app architecture, which was previously paused. You will work primarily with C# and have the opportunity to contribute to the following tasks:Developing and maintaining mobile applications using XamarinCollaborating on the architecture and design of the mobile appImplementing features and fixing bugsEnsuring compatibility with iOS and Android platformsUtilizing SQL Server databases for data managementWorking with Git for version control and CI/CD setups

This internship can be part-time or full-time, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

Experience with C# or JavaWorking knowledge of SQL Server databasesFamiliarity with mobile development frameworks, particularly XamarinKnowledge of iOS and Android development environmentsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyStrong communication and collaboration skillsPursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
