The Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of software development, customer relationship management (CRM), integration, databases, web services and delivering on-time high-quality projects using agile methodologies. The role also includes troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ability to research, explain/train technical concepts related to reports in development, and share knowledge with key collaboratorsOverall 8 years of experience in IT industry and Salesforce domain.At least 3 years of CRMA experience in platforms supporting 500 or more usersKnowledge of backend JSON script to be able to manipulate dashboards more manually/technicallyKnowledge of SAQL/SOQL code to alter widgetsKnowledge of bindings and what the errors mean and how to correct themKnowledge of recipes and formulas in the recipes to manipulate the data on the backend and the best practices tied to those concepts, practices tied to those concepts.
