Job DescriptionThe ServiceNow Developer with strong implementation skills and deep-dive knowledge of ServiceNow's IT Service Management Suite, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management and Service Request Management Solutions. The ServiceNow ITSM Consultant role will work closely with our external clients to achieve business outcomes.Roles and Responsibilities:Client facing - determine their technical and business requirements ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solutionDesign, Develop and Implement solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service Request Managements and Web services using REST/SOAPMaintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM Suite. Primary Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s / Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fieldOverall 8+ years of experience in to IT industry, at least 5+ years into ServiceNow ITSM development & Implementation.ServiceNow Implementation Experience is a must, and should have worked on 2 – 5 ITSM implementation projectsClient facing - determine their technical and business requirements ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solutionDesign, Develop and Implement solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service Request Managements and Web services using REST/SOAPMaintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM Suite. Experience in an Agile development environmentExperience in Service-now custom app development.Experience in ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub Spokes Experience in implementing custom integrations using REST/SAOP web servicesGood understanding of ServiceNow Integration HUB and Flow designerGood Hands-on ServiceNow Data ImportsExperience in Implementing workspacesExperience in Service Portal CustomizationExperience with User Interface (UI) Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Glide Application Program Interface (API) stack, Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAMExperience in create and use update sets to move customizations between systems Experience in developing / customizing core ITSM applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service Request Managements Experience in implementing AD and SSO IntegrationsDeep understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools; ability to work together with Project Manager and Solution ArchitectStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members. Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
