Responsibilities:• Nintex/SharePoint Support:o Assist with the discovery phase of new Nintex/SharePoint projectso Provide Level 3 support for Nintex workflows and SharePoint 2013o Troubleshoot issues with Nintex forms and workflowso Manage Nintex connections to SharePoint 2013o Create and manage Nintex workflowso Configure SharePoint sites and settings• Cloud Infrastructure:o Set up and support Azure cloud environmentso Manage Azure Application Gateway, VMs, Storage, and monitoringo Troubleshoot issues with Azure web apps and databaseso Implement and manage Azure Functionso Manage Azure security (IAM) and access controlso Implement CI/CD pipelines for Azure deploymentso Monitor Azure application performanceo Experience with AWSRequirements:• 6-12 years of experience in IT support• 5 years of experience in Nintex, SharePoint 2013, and Azure• Proven experience troubleshooting Nintex workflows and SharePoint issues• Experience managing cloud infrastructure in Azure• Strong understanding of Azure services, including Application Gateway, VMs, Storage, Azure Functions, ARM templates, IAM, and CI/CD pipelines• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting web applications and databases• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
