Responsibilities:Participate in the design and development of software solutions within our broader architecture.Work in a fully Agile DevOps environment, delivering functionality, documentation, unit tests, and integration tests.Guide junior developers and support non-technical colleagues throughout the software development lifecycle.Follow coding guidelines and contribute to the improvement of technical processes.Develop and estimate technical work and analyze requirements for new features.Learn and integrate new technologies in our cutting-edge environment.
Qualifications:Experience in fast-paced, agile software development.Proven ability in technical leadership and planning software architecture.Proficiency in Java with a focus on microservices.Knowledge of XML Web Services, SOAP, REST, and security considerations.Strong understanding of object-oriented code design.Experience with relational databases; familiarity with MS SQL Server, MongoDB, and MariaDB is a plus.Ability to understand API specifications and integrate functionality.Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes.Familiarity with full-stack development (Angular, Apache Webserver, Apache Tomcat, and MS SQL Server or similar stacks).Good understanding of networking concepts.Ability to apply design patterns and application design concepts.Knowledge of version control systems, preferably GIT.Strong project coordination and estimation skills.Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment.
