Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using React for frontend development, ensuring responsive and dynamic user interfaces.Implement backend services and APIs using Node.js, integrating with various databases and external services.Design and optimize full-stack solutions, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a collaborative and high-quality codebase.Implement automated testing and continuous integration using modern CI/CD pipelines.Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, ensuring smooth and reliable application performance.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving skills and applying new knowledge to the development process.Ensure application security and data protection by implementing secure coding practices and staying informed about potential vulnerabilities
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent professional hands-on experience with full-stack development (minimum of 5+ years)4+ years of experience with React and Node.jsBachelor's Degree in Computer ScienceStrong hands-on coding abilities as well as ability to explain, debug, and compile codeSolid understanding of functional programming concepts Good understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, etc.A strong track record of working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.Proactive communication and collaboration abilities (cross-platform communication), especially in an agile environmentThe ability to think critically, analyze situations, and propose well-considered solutions.A passion for clean code, maintainability, and best practices.
