Responsibilities

Integrate language and learning models into conversational AI systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performanceConduct regular testing, evaluation, and analysis of conversational AI agents to measure their effectiveness and user experienceDocument and communicate the design, development and deployment processes of language and learning models to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainable codebaseProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Requirements

3+ years of commercial experience with NodeJS and/or Python backgroundUnderstanding of RAG implementations and optimizationsFamiliarity with ETL applications - working with data, DBs, async, etcPrompt engineering experienceSolid architecture, design, coding, testing, and debugging skillsEffective skills in English (B2+ level)

Knowledge of LLM OWASPOpen API v3 experience
