Microsoft Power Apps Developer

This position will be serving as a lead Power Platform Developer on a team of Data Scientists and PowerBI developers focused on supporting the Defense Contracting Management Agency (DCMA) Strategic Data Analytics mission. DCMA uses PowerBI and PowerApps to solve business problems by analyzing data to predict emerging trends, optimize business operations, identify and mitigate acquisition program challenges. This position will design, develop and enhance new and existing applications. Additionally, they will provide a leadership and technical advice on how to implement Power Platform services to perform and improve data quality analysis, investigate cross-pollination/correlation of data, and support requests for non-standard/ad hoc reporting. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop, research, and implement solutions across the Power Platform.Clearly articulate the vision for solution and solve problems related to system and environmental limitations.Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge-sharing.Utilize connectors, leverage the AI Builder, design Power BI dashboards, build canvas apps, build Power Apps portals, and leverage Power Automate to create business process flows.Develop data models for Power Platform applications, including connecting tables, databases, and web services.Analyzes and develops solutions for end-user business requirements.Programs a multitude of components for web apps and provides for proper technical documentation.Ensures full integration of back-end databases.Perform QA on your developed solutions and solutions created by other developers as part of cross-functional code design/review and cross-training.Clearly and effectively document code/solutions and provide effective/concise input for business/user documentationVisualize and document infrastructure and system design specifications using architecture diagrams is preferred

Qualifications:Must have an active Public Trust or higherMust have a Microsoft PowerApps certification at the associate level or higherMinimum of 6 (six) years of experience developing applications using Microsoft toolsExperience working on an agile development team and collaborating with cross-functional members to meet requirements.
