We are seeking a remote Chief LabVantage Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have significant practical experience and knowledge in customizing and configuring LabVantage to implement requested business workflows and integrate LabVantage with other systems. Your primary responsibilities will include developing code in LabVantage for custom business logic, configuring LabVantage to implement requested workflows, consulting with Business Analysts about LabVantage capabilities and limitations, and developing integrations of LabVantage with other systems and lab tools. You will work closely with a team of Business Analysts, Developers, and QA to deliver quality results within the specified deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop code in LabVantage for custom business logicConfigure LabVantage to implement requested workflowsConsult with Business Analysts about LabVantage capabilities and limitationsProvide estimates for requested changes and evaluate dependenciesDevelop integrations of LabVantage with other systems and lab toolsTroubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of issues, including issues with integrations and data flows from other systemsWork in a team (including Business Analysts, Developers, and QA) by iterative sprints and closely collaborate at all team ceremonies, such as grooming and planningContribute to project documentation to describe technical solutions and architecture

Requirements

At least 7 years of relevant professional experience2+ years of relevant leadership experienceStrong experience and knowledge of LabVantage LIMS development and customizationExpertise in developing integrations of LabVantage with other systems and lab toolsExperience in configuring LabVantage to implement requested workflowsKnowledge of Java, JavaScript, GroovyProficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level
