Currently, we are seeking a Senior React/Node Developer to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for: Position Title: Senior React/Node Developer Location: Remote What you will be doing:Design and build efficient, scalable applications using a full-stack approach (React, Node.js, AWS)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-user requirements and use these to influence application architecture/design decisions.Conduct testing to ensure the robustness of the front-end of applications and improve user interface design.Ensure software meets all the requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.Develop secure, scalable solutions with an emphasis on security and privacy.Maintain and improve web accessibility standards across all user interfaces. Requirements & QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.5+ years of experience in full-stack development.Proficiency with AWS, React, and Node.js is mandatory.Proven experience with front-end testing methodologies and frameworks.Solid knowledge of web accessibility principles and development techniques.Strong understanding of web security principles and the ability to implement Soft SkillsExceptional problem-resolution abilitiesAbility to multitask while staying the course and following through on prioritiesSense of urgency and follow-through on tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence and empathy for the customer
