Responsibilities:Spearhead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of enterprise Service Management solutions in ServiceNow, with a specialized emphasis on Governance, Risk, and Compliance functionalities.Collaborate closely with internal ServiceNow teams and clients on GRC activities and development projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.Customize and develop GRC-specific components, including custom portal pages, modules, API and software integrations, tailored web pages, user interface policies, scripts, and more.Participate actively in the administration of ServiceNow, encompassing upgrades, updates, and maintenance tasks as needed for GRC modules.Maintain a deep understanding of technical expertise, industry standards, and best practices in the ServiceNow GRC domain.Convert product requirements into systematic solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints, demonstrating creativity in addressing complex technical challenges.Execute work based on documented Project Implementation Plans, exercising judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve optimal results.Apply technical expertise and cross-disciplinary knowledge to ensure the successful implementation of GRC solutions.Required Skills:Possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods.Exhibit domain expertise in at least one ServiceNow product, with a strong emphasis on GRC.Bring 3+ years of experience with web-hosted applications, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular, and proficiency in one or more back-end technologies such as JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion integrations.Design and implement IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures, and technical standards.Demonstrate expertise in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including client requirement analysis and system design.Apply experience in implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.Possess the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.Hold a BA or BS degree.Must be available to work Eastern Standard Hours.Desired Skills:Prior experience in a "Big 4" or equivalent established consulting firm is highly desirable.Hold a BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.Experience working with public sector clients is preferred.Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology.Clearance Requirement:Secret Clearance is required.Interim Secret is also acceptable.Public Trust tier 1 from DISS (Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency) is acceptable.
