HCM Solution Developer (20% per month on-site in Bari, Milan or Rome)

Project Description:DXC Technology is looking for a HCM Expert Solution Developer to join the HCM business applications European practice.

The Software Developer will work in all aspects of software development, from overall architecture to day-to-day maintenance and participating in sprint/development cycles with the team. This position requires knowledge in front and back-end web development.

Responsibilities:Work within and across teams to provide software solutions for our customers.Participate in all aspects and ceremonies associated with Agile development.Determine complexity level of a story in a Sprint/Development cycle.Communicate with Project Managers on current project statusBuild scalable software through architecture discussions with the HCM team.Apply test-driven developmentManage work using JIRA, including tasks, bugs, estimates and actuals.Have familiarity with continuous integration and deployment concepts

Mandatory Skills Description:

Requirements

2+ years of technical experience with HCM platform with at least one of the following: Cornerstone, Workday, Sap, SuccessfactorAbility to write code that is performant and easy to understandAbility to present technical information to various audiencesKnowledge of how to build secure applicationsFluent in English
