Salesforce Developer || W2

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and enhancements using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.Customize and configure Salesforce to align with business requirements and processes.Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Provide technical guidance and solutions to optimize Salesforce functionalities and workflows.Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.Manage data migration and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce environment.Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and other system components.Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and availability.Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and security.Implement best practices for code development, system architecture, and data management.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective use of Salesforce features and functionality.Ensure Salesforce implementations comply with company policies, industry standards, and security best practices.Perform regular security audits and updates to protect sensitive data.
