About the RoleWe are looking for a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to be part of a team that serves our clients by developing tools to measure and increase the company's rate of innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using React and Django. You will work closely with our product and design teams to ensure that our applications are user-friendly and meet the needs of our customers.

As a Sr. Full Stack Engineer, you will have the opportunity to discover, solve, and deliver unique projects, significantly shaping the tech stack, engineering practices, and company culture. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and DjangoRevamp payments infrastructureIntegrate our software with Twilio for SMS marketingDevelop stable features with full drag & drop functionalityConvert core features into a basic mobile appDevelop financial tooling solutionsCollaborate with product and design teams to ensure that our applications meet customer needsWrite clean, maintainable, and scalable codePerform code reviews and provide feedback to other developersParticipate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectivesStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development, specializing in React and DjangoStrong experience with RESTful APIsProficiency in backend web developmentFamiliarity with databases (both SQL and NoSQL)Experience with cloud services (preferably AWS)Proficient in version control systems like GitStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills
