Position OverviewWe are looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at NextGen Softwares. This role requires expertise in Next.js, NestJS, and Express, and involves leading our development team in crafting sophisticated web applications and APIs. You will spearhead projects including resume builders, text editors, and web resume template previews. Proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies, particularly with React (NextJS) for frontend and NestJS and Express for backend, is crucial.

ResponsibilitiesLead the development team, providing direction and support across frontend and backend development.Design and develop complex web applications using Next.js, and build robust APIs with NestJS and Express.Develop and maintain mobile applications using frameworks compatible with React Native.Drive innovative projects such as resume builders, text editors, and template previews.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, user-friendly application designs.Adopt and implement modern libraries and frameworks to enhance application functionality and user experience.Conduct and participate in code reviews, promoting high standards of code quality through constructive feedback.Keep abreast of the latest trends in full-stack development and integrate new technologies as appropriate.

RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with significant expertise in Next.js, NestJS, and Express.Experience in frontend development with React (NextJS) and mobile development with React Native.Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining complex systems, including text editors and resume builders.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide both frontend and backend developers.Proficient in integrating frontend and backend technologies seamlessly.Knowledge of WordPress and Webflow is beneficial.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a remote team environment.
