Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is searching for an AWS Developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end development. As an AWS Developer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining front-end applications, building and modifying back-end services, and creating seamless user interfaces integrated with back-end systems. If you're proficient in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and possess a solid understanding of back-end services, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

7+ years of relevant experienceProven experience as an AWS Developer with expertise in CDKStrong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructureStrong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and PythonAbility to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript and PythonAbility to utilize pre-designed capabilities and integrate them into projectsSolid understanding of software development principles and best practicesExperience creating user interfaces and integrating them with back-end systems to manipulate dataWork with other developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Utilize AngularJS for specific projects as needed (minimal use)Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharingTroubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugsEnsure the scalability and performance of applications

Requirements

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship statusProven experience as a front-end developer with expertise in React and TypeScriptStrong knowledge of JavaScript and PythonFamiliarity with AngularJS is a plus, though not extensively requiredExperience with AWS services and infrastructure.Ability to modify existing projects and build interfaces that interact with back-end systemsSolid understanding of software development principles and best practices

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategiesFamiliarity with other front-end frameworks and librariesKnowledge of database systems and data manipulationUnderstanding of cloud security best practices
