AEM Developer (Full Stack)Location: Remote 6-12 Month Contract to Hire (Budget approval for longer term extensions)$60-$80 Hourly (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities:Serve as a recognized expert in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) software-based solutions and technologies.Deliver effective consulting services and maintain strong stake holder relationships.Provide technical leadership in the development of sophisticated AEM-centric digital marketing solutions, guiding teams in solution architecture design.Collaborate with Sales to define initial architectural approaches and identify solutions for potential challenges.Drive continuous improvement of delivery methodology and planning guidance.Mentor team members, from new hires to complex implementation issues.Lead in capturing and distributing knowledge with clients, partners, and colleagues.Diagnose client's technical environment and recommend improvement options.Efficiently manage multiple client engagements and internal initiatives.Act as a change agent to improve the practice constantly.Analyze complex project issues, identify solution options, and present recommendations to clients.

Skills:Over 5 years of experience in Web and/or ECMS technologies, including direct consulting experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong facilitation skills and ability to establish credibility and trust quickly.Conceptual understanding of business requirements and translating them into architecture, design, and development activities.Proficiency in Sling or OSGi frameworks, JCR API, RESTful principles, and Dispatcher or CDNs.Object-oriented programming expertise, particularly in Java.Proficient debugging skills and knowledge of general TCP/IP networking, UNIX Operating system, HTTP protocol, etc.Exposure to the latest AEM Cloud Service is a plus.Proficiency in HTML, DHTML, JS, CSS, XML, and related technologies.Experience in administration and debugging of web servers, such as Apache.
