Description of ISD Role/TasksWorks as part of training development team supporting FAA AIR Certification ServicesResponsible for analysis, design, development, and maintenance of FAA training courses (vILT, ILT, WBT)Develops instructor and student training curriculum and course materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates and course evaluation forms)Conducts peer-reviews and provides feedback on course materials Required Experience/SkillsPossesses exceptional interpersonal skills and superior oral and written communication skillsExperience managing multiple training development efforts and tasks seamlesslyExperience facilitating client meetings and working sessionsExperience working with technical subject matter experts and stakeholders on training content developmentExperience developing instructional materials for multiple training modalities; including instructor-led, virtually facilitated, and web-based trainings Experience collaborating with other instructional designers, graphic artists, programmers, 508 specialists, and quality assurance specialistExperience with various eLearning authoring tools; specifically Articulate Storyline 360Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
