Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Service Now Developer. The Service Now Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and customization. This includes analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, creating and managing workflows, and integrating ServiceNow with other applications. The ServiceNow Developer will also provide support and troubleshooting for end-users.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 yrs of experience required Experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customizationProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XMLKnowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge ManagementExperience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflowsIntegration experience with third-party applications using REST and SOAP web servicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer) are a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
