Responsibilities:Advanced Software Development:Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions using Java and related technologies.Develop high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation.Technical Leadership:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term strategy.Project Management:Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of projects.Identify risks and dependencies in project planning.Quality Assurance and Testing:Implement and maintain a robust testing framework.Ensure high code coverage and integrate continuous testing practices into the development process.Lead efforts in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization.Security and Compliance:Uphold security protocols relevant to Public Trust clearance.Implement and oversee security measures to protect sensitive data.Stay updated on security regulations and best practices.DevSecOps Integration:Integrate DevSecOps practices, promoting collaboration between development, security, and operations.Implement automated security checks within the CI/CD pipeline.Advocate for a security-first mindset in all development stages.Technical Skills:Expertise in Java and its ecosystems.Proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React, Node.js).Strong experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture.Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Advanced knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git).Additional Skills:Exceptional problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.Must possess at least Public Trust clearance
